These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Le Café Grand Prix mobile application and related services (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Summary: The App provides ordering, loyalty rewards, and a prepaid wallet for use at Le Café Grand Prix. Payments are handled by third-party processors. Loyalty points have no cash value.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders and Purchases

The App may allow you to place orders for food, beverages, or other items offered by Le Café Grand Prix.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Completed purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by third-party providers such as Clover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • We do not store full payment card information.
  • Payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Stored Value Wallet

The App may allow you to preload funds into a digital wallet (“Wallet”) for purchases at Le Café Grand Prix.

  • The Wallet is not a bank account.
  • Wallet funds do not earn interest.
  • Wallet funds are intended only for purchases within Le Café Grand Prix.
  • Wallet balances are generally non-transferable.

6. Account Deletion and Wallet Refunds

If you request deletion of your account and have remaining Wallet funds, we will refund the remaining balance by issuing a check and sending it electronically to the email address associated with your account, subject to verification and applicable requirements.

7. Loyalty Program

  • Loyalty points have no cash value.
  • Points may be earned through eligible purchases or promotions.
  • Points may expire due to inactivity or after a defined time period.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
  • Interfere with the App’s operation or security.
  • Exploit loyalty points or promotions in an abusive manner.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs in the App are owned by or licensed to Le Café Grand Prix and may not be used without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Le Café Grand Prix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
